Count Basie Orchestra alumni performing include: Clark Terry (1948-51), Frank Foster (1953-64), Frank Wess (1953-64), Joe Wilder (1954), Benny Powell (1952-63), Dennis Rowland (1977-84) These veterans, along with Frank Foster's Swing Plus Band and other jazz greats such as Junior Mance, Earl May and Barbara Morrison have all came together to give us with an amazing night of swing in honor of the master, Count Basie. The 1300 people were treated to a night they will not forget.
